Sandra Garcia-Fraire

Bio

Sandra is a lecturer in the Department of Race and Resistance Studies and the Metro College Success Program. She was born and raised in the Bay Area, but her family is originally from El Estado de México. Sandra has a B.A. in Sociology and an M.A. in Women & Gender Studies, both from San Francisco State University. Prior to returning to SF State as a lecturer, she worked for the nonprofit organizations Aim High and College Track in East Palo Alto, CA.
